Find your listings:
Search Google or Bing using your full name in quotes (e.g., "Jane Doe") along with your city or state to spot active data broker profiles on sites like Whitepages, Spokeo, or PeopleFinders.
Get the profile URL:
Go directly to the people finder site, search for your senior or personal record, and copy the exact URL of your profile results page.
Locate the opt-out page:
Scroll to the very bottom of the directory's homepage or footer and click links labeled "Do Not Sell My Info", "Opt Out", or check their privacy policy/FAQ sections.
Submit the request:
Paste your profile link, provide a clean email address (preferably a secondary or dummy email to shield your main inbox), and complete any required security captchas.
Verify via email:
